Zero-tolerance commitment
GrahaDisha strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We do not permit content, conduct, accounts, or interactions that exploit, endanger, sexualise, groom, or facilitate abuse of a person under 18.
Soulmate and private messaging are 18+
Soulmate matchmaking, discoverable Soulmate profiles, and private member-to-member messaging are only for adults aged 18 or older. A date-of-birth check and adult confirmation are required before activation. Users must not falsify age information or help a minor access these features.
If we learn that an account using an age-restricted feature belongs to a minor, we may deactivate the profile, restrict messaging, preserve relevant safety evidence, and take any additional action required by law.
Content and conduct we prohibit
- CSAM, including real, altered, illustrated, computer-generated, or linked material.
- Sexualisation of minors, grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, or attempts to move a child to another service for sexual purposes.
- Trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or facilitation of sexual access to a minor.
- Requests to create, share, buy, sell, exchange, or obtain exploitative material.
- Threats, harassment, impersonation, or disclosure of a minor's private information in a way that creates a safety risk.
How to report a safety concern
- On a Soulmate profile, select the Report option.
- In a private conversation, press and hold the concerning received message, then select Report message.
- In Community, use the flag/report option on a post or reply.
- You may also email contact@codereveal.in with the account details and enough information for us to investigate. Do not email or redistribute illegal imagery.
Blocking is also available in Soulmate messaging when you need to stop contact immediately. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
Review, enforcement, and legal reporting
Our safety team reviews reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent further contact, and preserve relevant records. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we take action consistent with applicable law, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority where required.
Reports are handled as confidentially as reasonably possible. Information may be disclosed to service providers, legal advisers, law enforcement, child-protection bodies, or other competent authorities where necessary to investigate, protect a person, preserve evidence, or comply with law.
