1. Acceptance and Operator
GrahaDisha is owned and operated by CodeReveal Private Limited. By visiting, registering, generating reports, submitting data, posting in the community, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these Terms when features, legal requirements, or business operations change.
2. Services Covered
These Terms apply to all current GrahaDisha v6 services, including:
- Free Kundli creation, saved Kundli profiles, planetary charts, dasha, transit and related astrology tools.
- Premium digital astrology features such as Raj Yog, luck, career, finance, health, spouse, marriage, dosha and related reports.
- Numerology tools including name numerology, business name numerology, name correction, love compatibility and vehicle number numerology.
- Palm reading orders, consultancy bookings, donation flows, matchmaking and love-score tools.
- Login, profile, blue tick display, saved profile features and community posts/comments/likes.
3. Accounts and Saved Data
You may use parts of GrahaDisha without logging in. Some features require Google or WhatsApp login. You are responsible for keeping your account session and device secure.
When logged in, we may store saved Kundlis, saved numerology profiles, profile details, community activity and payment access records against your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, spam, impersonation or unlawful activity.
4. Payments, Access and Fulfilment
Paid services are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Prices, feature names and access rules are shown before purchase. Successful payment may unlock instant digital access or create a service/order record for fulfilment.
Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Payment failure, duplicate payment, delivery issue or access issue should be reported with your order/payment ID.
5. User Responsibilities
- Submit accurate birth, contact and payment information.
- Do not misuse, scrape, attack, reverse engineer or overload the platform.
- Do not post hateful, illegal, misleading, abusive, private or infringing content in community areas.
- Do not impersonate GrahaDisha, CodeReveal Private Limited, team members or other users.
Community posts may be hidden, moderated or removed where they violate these Terms or harm user safety.
6. Astrology, Numerology and Content Disclaimer
GrahaDisha provides astrology, numerology and related spiritual content for informational, educational and entertainment purposes. Reports may be generated or assisted by software, APIs, calculations, automation and AI-assisted interpretation.
Do not treat any content as medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment or emergency advice. Do not make major life decisions solely on the basis of predictions, scores, reports or community discussions.
7. Intellectual Property
The GrahaDisha name, interface, design, software, text, reports, generated layouts, logos, code and platform structure are owned by or licensed to CodeReveal Private Limited. You may use the platform for personal purposes only.
You may not copy, resell, reproduce, publish, modify or commercially exploit our content or software without written permission.
8. Availability and Limitation of Liability
We aim to keep GrahaDisha available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free calculations, permanent storage, or that every output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeReveal Private Limited and GrahaDisha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or expectation-based losses arising from use of the platform.
9. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
