- Palm Images — Photographs of your palm voluntarily uploaded for palm reading analysis. Images are processed and not permanently stored.
- Device & Usage Data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent, collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
- Payment Information — If you make a purchase, payment details are processed by Cashfree Payments and are never stored on our servers.
- Cookies & Tracking Data — Session cookies and preference data as described in Section 5.
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and improve our services. We do not collect government IDs, financial account numbers, or any biometric data other than optional palm images.

- Kundli & Report Data — Birth details and generated reports are retained for the duration of your use of the platform and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow re-access.
- Palm Images — Uploaded palm photographs are processed in real-time for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers.
- Account & Contact Data — Retained for as long as you maintain an active relationship with GrahaDisha, or as required for legal obligations.
- Analytics & Log Data — Automatically collected usage data is retained for a maximum of 24 months in anonymised or aggregated form.
- Payment Records — Transaction records are retained for the period required under Indian financial and tax regulations.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you.
