Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear rules for paid services

This policy explains when payments on GrahaDisha are refundable, non-refundable, cancellable or reviewable.

1. Operator and Scope

GrahaDisha is operated by CodeReveal Private Limited. This policy applies to payments made for GrahaDisha services including premium astrology features, numerology features, palm reading, consultancy, donations and any listed products or orders.

By making a payment, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to the refund rules below.

2. Instant Digital Features

Premium reports and unlocks that provide instant digital access are generally non-refundable once access is granted. This includes, but is not limited to, paid feature access for Raj Yog, spouse analysis, luck, health, career, finance, dosha, divorce, future prediction, marriage age, love marriage percentage, name correction numerology and other digital reports.

Refunds are not issued because you disagree with, dislike, misunderstand or do not find value in astrological or numerological predictions.

3. Consultancy Bookings

  • If a consultancy booking is paid but not yet scheduled or started, you may request cancellation review within 24 hours of payment.
  • If a consultation slot is confirmed, already started, missed by the user, or completed, the payment is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion depending on availability and the reason for the request.

4. Palm Reading Orders

  • If your palm reading has not entered processing, you may request cancellation review within 24 hours of payment.
  • Once image review, manual analysis, report preparation or delivery has started, the order is non-refundable.
  • Incorrect, unclear or incomplete uploads may delay fulfilment. You may be asked to provide better images.

5. Donations

Donation payments are voluntary and are normally non-refundable once paid, except where a clear technical duplicate charge or payment gateway error is verified.

6. Physical Products and Store Orders

If GrahaDisha lists physical products, refund/return eligibility may depend on the product type, delivery status, hygiene/safety restrictions, damage, wrong item, courier status and seller terms shown at checkout.

Unless a specific product page says otherwise, customised, spiritual, gemstone, yantra, ritual or made-to-order items may be non-returnable once processing begins.

7. Duplicate Payment or Failed Access

A refund or manual access correction may be approved where:

  • You were charged twice for the same order and only one service/access was delivered.
  • Payment succeeded but access was not granted due to a verified technical error.
  • The amount was captured but the order failed and no service, report or access was delivered.

We may ask for payment ID, order ID, registered email/mobile, screenshot and bank/payment gateway reference.

9. How to Request a Refund Review

  • Contact us through the Contact page or support channel within the eligible time window.
  • Provide your name, registered email/mobile, order ID, Razorpay/payment ID, service name and reason.
  • We will verify payment, delivery/access status and policy eligibility.
  • Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary, commonly 5-10 business days after initiation.
