At GrahaDisha, operated by CodeReveal, we aim to be fully transparent about what can and cannot be refunded. Because the nature of our offerings varies — from instant digital access to personalised reports and physical goods — our refund eligibility differs by product type.

Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase. By making a payment on GrahaDisha, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy and agree to its terms.

All payments on GrahaDisha are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. Refunds, where applicable, will be credited back to the original payment method within the timeline specified by Cashfree and your bank.

Platform Features & Digital Access

GrahaDisha offers a range of digital features such as premium horoscopes, Dosh analysis, compatibility tools, Panchang access, numerology reports, and other AI-assisted astrological tools available within the platform.

All platform features provide instant digital access upon successful payment. Because the content is delivered immediately and electronically, these purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

No Refund Instant-access digital features (horoscopes, Dosh reports, Panchang, numerology, compatibility tools, etc.)
No Refund Feature unlocks or subscription upgrades once the access has been granted.
No Refund AI-generated astrological insights and reports accessed within the platform dashboard.

Once a feature is unlocked or accessed — even if you do not use it — the purchase is considered fulfilled. No refund will be issued on the grounds of dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or content, as all content is AI-assisted and for informational purposes only.

Premium Kundli Reports

Our Premium Kundli is a personalised, in-depth Vedic birth chart report prepared and delivered based on your submitted birth details. Refund eligibility for Premium Kundli depends entirely on the delivery status of your report at the time of the refund request.

Eligible Report not yet delivered — If your Premium Kundli has been paid for but not yet delivered to you, you may request a full refund.
Not Eligible Report already delivered — Once your Premium Kundli report has been delivered (via email, dashboard, or download), the purchase is considered complete and no refund will be issued.
📬 How Delivery is Defined Delivery is confirmed when the report is sent to your registered email address or made available for download in your GrahaDisha account dashboard.
⏱️ Delivery Timeline Premium Kundli reports are typically delivered within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. Delays caused by incorrect birth details provided by you do not qualify for a refund.
📝 Incorrect Details If you submitted incorrect birth information and the report has not yet been generated, contact us immediately. Once generated, no changes or refunds are possible.
🔄 Duplicate Payments If a duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error and no report was delivered, a full refund for the duplicate charge will be processed.

To request a pre-delivery refund for a Premium Kundli, contact us within 24 hours of payment with your order details. Requests made after report delivery will not be entertained.

Physical Products

GrahaDisha may list or offer physical products such as gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, or other astrological items through its platform. Currently, all physical products are sold on a no-refund, no-return basis.

No Refund Physical products (gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, etc.) — no returns or refunds are accepted once an order is placed.
No Exchange Product exchanges are not available at this time regardless of reason.

We encourage all users to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing an order for any physical item on GrahaDisha. If you have pre-purchase questions about a product, please contact our team before completing payment.

How to Request a Refund

Include your full name, registered email address, order/transaction ID (from Cashfree), and the reason for your refund request.

Our team will verify the delivery status of your order and confirm whether your request meets the refund eligibility criteria.

Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method as per Cashfree Payments' timelines and your bank's processing time.

Refund requests that meet all eligibility criteria will be processed without any deduction. We do not charge processing fees for valid refunds.
